MILLBROOK INFANT SCHOOL

The existing structure at Millbrook Infant School was demolished. The external walls were cladded in Thermowood by SilvaTimber. 8 x UPVC 1m x 1m windows to high level were installed and sliding doors fitted.

WOLVERTON

Flexispace carried out some external works to 12, Warren Yard, Wolverton. These some of which included:

Remove and dispose of existing stepped, ramped access and supporting wall to front entrance
Remove and dispose of existing dropped kerb, existing paving slab, kerb stones and paved pedestrian access.
Make good existing woodwork and repair rotten door frame
Remove all moss from existing porch roof, clean gutters

LOUGHTON LODGE

Loughton Lodge was an urgent call out project, which was to rectify damage caused by adverse weather conditions. Extensive damage was caused to the property, due to a fallen tree during high winds.

SOUTHFIELDS

On behalf of the council, over the Christmas period in 2019 & going into 2020, Flexispace carried out three replacement flat roofs to Southfields School.

BRAEMAR COURT

Here at Braemar Court in Bedford, we carried out some repair works following storm damage. We resecured guttering and made ridge tile repairs as well as mortaring works after storm damage.

TELFORD OFFICE FIT OUT

Our Telford Office project was a complete refurbishment project with the electrical, mechanical and soft strip out works currently taking place.

It’s a programme of works with toilet refurbishment, office strip out and walls refurbished. The floor coverings are being removed and recarpeted, with a Disabled WC fit out also.

This project at Sponne School was completed on behalf of Northampton County Council. The project consisted of a complete mobile refurbishment, internal and external works took place during this refurbishment

At Clipston, we completed various aspects within the refurb. Some of which include:

Removal of areas of vegetation to both mobiles
Supplied and fitted membrane, battens and fly screen to the external frame of mobiles.
Installed new metal cills to all 14 windows. Supplied and replaced new external fire doors.
Alterations to flat roof area to allow timber detail to be weathered.
Supplied and fitted Thermowood by Silva Timber cladding.
Repairs to large ramp and fire escape steps. Replace and refit entrance lights.
Redecoration works as required
Replace timber skirting

Here in Leighton Buzzard, we completed various roof repairs for Warwick Estates on a block of flats, following storm damage.

OAST HOUSE,
BORDON

At the Oast House, we have carried out a full tennis court refurbishment, a complete overhaul of electric and mechanical installations, the supply and fit-out of a new bathroom, minor roof works to resolve and repair damp to ceiling gutter to the roof, new flooring through, supply and fit new swimming pool cover, and replace brown glazing units.

CORBY BUSINESS ACADEMY

The works at Corby Business Academy have reached completion. These works have included converting a spa room into a classroom, reconfiguring existing classrooms, and associated M&E works. All works were programmed on budget.

WARWICK ESTATES

We are pleased to announce that work has been completed at Warwick Estates, which included roof and electrical repairs to the large apartment complex.

HATFIELD AND STANTON

Works have been completed at DHL, Stanton and Hatfield. We have replaced rooflights and resprayed the roof for both sites.
